Frequently Asked Questions

  • LIV ride offers high energy group cycle classes that are led by an instructor. 

  • Yes, all class packages expire. Please make sure to check what the expiration date is for the package you have selected. This will be available to view on your club automation account and/or at the time of purchase. We do not extend package dates

  • We do not offer refunds but can credit your account if there is an issue with your purchase. All retail sales are final

  • You must cancel your reservation within 24 hours of the scheduled class time. This gives others the chance to book that class time. If you cancel outside the 24 hour window you will not be charged for the session. If you cancel inside the 24 hour window you will be charged the full price of the session or have a class deducted from your package. 

    Clients are responsible for making and canceling their group class reservations. 

  • If you are more than 5 min late for class you will be considered a no show and your spot may be given to someone on the waitlist. This is to ensure you get a proper warm-up to avoid injuries. Arriving late also disrupts the class.

  • If the instructor isn’t able to make class for an unforeseen issue or if the studio has to close you will not be charged for the session. We will notify members of the cancellation via text or email.

  • Filming or recording of class content is prohibited. If your instructor is comfortable with filming during a private session, that is up to their discretion.

  • No, LIV wellness does not offer childcare.

Classes & Scheduling

  • All memberships will be billed on the 1st of the month. We require a credit card or bank account on file for all memberships. If you sign up for a membership after the 1st of the month, your first month will be prorated and then you will be charged the full amount starting on the 1st of the next month.

  • Yes, if you wish to put a hold on your membership please send us a written notification via email. The hold will start during the next billing cycle and can be done for up to 3 months at a time. We charge $50/month in order to hold your membership. If you are going to be gone longer than 3 months you can cancel the membership and you can re-sign up once you return. It is not guaranteed that there will be membership openings when you re-sign up. 

  • We do not offer contracts for memberships, meaning you can cancel your membership at any time. We must receive the cancellation notice in writing via email. If you cancel after the first of the month, the next charge will be prorated to reflect the appropriate cancellation date.

  • Access to the locker room, steam room and showers are reserved for our Platinum members only. There are upstairs lockers that are available as an add on to Premium memberships for $10/month.

  • You can view what is included in each membership on our website by clicking the “Memberships” tab at the top right. There will be a breakdown of everything included in the Premium and Platinum memberships.

  • Yes, you may upgrade or downgrade your membership at the next billing cycle. The front desk staff at LIV Perform can assist in any upgrades or downgrades in memberships

  • Yes, you may bring a guest. The daily drop-in rate is $40/day. Guests of members may receive a discount on the daily drop-in rate depending on the membership type of the current member.

Membership

  • LIV Ride is located in the Fairway Shops in Kaanapali on the west side of Maui. It is in the very far left corner of the shops, inside of LIV Perform. Look for the LIV Ride sign along with the LIV Perform sign on the outside of the building.

  • All of LIV Ride classes are suited for both beginners and long time group cycle enthusiasts. The instructor can help you set up the bike and you ride at an intensity that works for you. 

  • To sign up for a class, login in to Club Automation (our booking software) app or website. Once you are logged in you should be able to see our calendar and sign up for classes. You can access Club Automation through any of our “book now” links.

  • No, online reservations are required for all classes. Our booking window closes 30 minutes before class time. If you are having trouble booking a class please call us or visit the front desk at LIV Perform.

  • All of our instructors are trained to modify for injuries. Please inform the instructor prior to class of any injuries you might have. The instructor has the discretion to decide if it is unsafe for you to join the class and may suggest you book a private training session instead.

  • No, you do not need cycling shoes to take a group cycle class. The bike pedals have one side for clip in cycling shoes and one side for tennis shoes.

  • Gift cards can be purchased for any dollar amount via Club Automation or at the front desk in LIV perform

  • If someone purchases a gift card for you, it will show up on your member profile and can be redeemed at the front desk at LIV Perform. Gift cards can be used towards any purchases other than membership dues.
