CANCELLATION POLICIES

MEMBER CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please cancel all reservations within 24 hours:
You must cancel your reservation within 24 hours of the scheduled class time. This gives others the chance to book that class time. If you cancel outside the 24 hour window you will not be charged for the session. If you cancel inside the 24 hour window you will be charged the full price of the session or have a class deducted from your package.

No-shows:
If you no-show for a class you will be charged for the full price of the session or have a class deducted from your package.

Members are responsible for their own cancellations:
Please cancel online or through your app. If you have a private session feel free to communicate directly with your trainer about your cancellation.

STUDIO CANCELLATION POLICY

Instructor cancellations or studio closure:
If the instructor isn’t able to make class for an unforeseen issue or if the studio has to close you will not be charged for the session. We will notify members of the cancellation via text or email.
