LIV Flow Policies

We look forward to having you visit us at LIV Wellness and experience what we have to offer. We want to keep our wellness center a fun and safe environment for everyone. Please help us do so by adhering to the following policies.

    • All classes must be reserved and paid for online in advance: If you have any questions, please reach out to us via email, call or text. We will get back to you within one business day.

    • All sales are final

    • Class Packs expire: All class packs have an expiration date and we will not extend expiration dates. You can view the expiration date on your profile or at the time of purchase.

    • Gift Cards Available: Visit our website or the Club Automation app to purchase gift cards. All git cards expire one year after purchase.

    • Reservations are required for all classes and private training: We close the booking window 30 minutes before the scheduled class time. We do not take walk-ins.

    • We value your time! By taking care of booking ahead of time, our instructors will be able to prioritize starting class on time. If you need assistance with a reservation, please reach out to us via email, text, or call and we will get back to you within one business day. You can also visit the front desk at LIV Perform as we do not have a front desk staff member available in all the studios.

    • To cancel a private session, please do so online, or communicate with your instructor directly.

    • Schedule is subject to change: Please check our website or the Club Automation app to view our current schedule.

    • Waitlist: If the class you are trying to register for is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist online or in the Club Automation app, as long as you have an active class or package available. If a spot opens up within 24 hours of the class start time you will be notified by email and have one hour to confirm that you will be attending. If you do not plan to attend the class, please remove yourself from the waitlist or reply to the email. If you do not reply to the email confirming your spot within one hour then your spot will be given to the next person on the waitlist. Spots do open up regularly and you will be held to the late cancellation policy if you are added (unless you are added within 30 minutes of the start of class in which case we will not charge the late cancellation fee).

    • We have a 24 hour cancellation policy: Please cancel all reservations within 24 hours to avoid being charged for the session.

  • Member Cancellation Policy

    • Please cancel all reservations within 24 hours: You must cancel your reservation within 24 hours of the scheduled class time. This gives others the chance to book that class time. If you cancel outside the 24 hour window you will not be charged for the session. If you cancel inside the 24 hour window you will be charged the full price of the session or have a class deducted from your package. You will be sent a confirmation email 24 hours prior to the class start time.

    • No-shows: If you no-show for a class you will be charged for the full price of the session or have a class deducted from your package.

    • Clients are responsible for their own cancellations: Please cancel online or through your Club Automation app. If you have a private session feel free to communicate directly with your trainer about your cancellation.

    Studio Cancellation Policy

    • Instructor cancellations or studio closure:If the instructor isn’t able to make class for an unforeseen issue or if the studio has to close you will not be charged for the session. We will notify members of the cancellation via text or email.

    • Reservations are required for all classes: Please reserve your spot in class online as there are a limited number of spots available. If the class is full you may put yourself on the waitlist.

    • Arrive on Time for classes: If you are more than 5 min late for class you will be considered a no show and your spot may be given to someone on the waitlist. This is to ensure you get a proper warm-up to avoid injuries. Arriving late also disrupts the class.

    • If you are new to working out, please schedule a consultation with a trainer first: We want to ensure all of our members feel comfortable and understand basic body mechanics before joining a class or working out. We also need to know of any injuries or health issues beforehand.

    • Filming or recording of class content is prohibited

    • Please don’t bring in open food or drinks: We want to keep our facilities clean and safe. Make sure your drinks have a lid on them to avoid spills.

    • If you are new, please make sure to sign the waiver online before class starts: This is to ensure class can start on time.

    • Please wear appropriate clothing for working out: No street clothes, risqué clothing or extremely baggy clothing. This is for your safety and respect for other members. Extremely baggy clothing can get caught in machines.

    • Please no chewing gum in the facility

    • Respect fellow members: Wear headphones to avoid loud music, no vulgar language and overall treat other members how you want to be treated. In LIV Perform please keep use of equipment to 30 minutes if people are waiting.

    • Please wipe down all equipment done using them: This will help keep the facility clean and the equipment ready for the next member.

    • Please wait outside studios until the trainer opens the door: If you are early to class please do not open the studio doors until the trainer opens them. Another class might be in session and we do not want to disrupt them.
