PAYMENT & SCHEDULING POLICIES
All classes must be reserved and paid for online in advance:

Class packs expire:
All class packs have an expiration date and we will not extend expiration dates.
Gift cards available:
Visit our website or the Club Automation app to purchase gift cards. All gift cards expire one year after purchase.
Schedule is subject to change:
Please check our website or the Club Automation app to view our current schedule.
Reservations are required for all classes and private training:
We close the booking window 30 minutes before the scheduled class time. We do not take walk-ins.
Waitlist:
If the class you are trying to register for is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist online or in the Club Automation app, as long as you have an active class or package available. If a spot opens up within 24 hours of the class start time you will be notified by email and have one hour to confirm that you will be attending. If you do not plan to attend the class, please remove yourself from the waitlist or reply to the email. If you do not reply to the email confirming your spot within one hour then your spot will be given to the next person on the waitlist. Spots do open up regularly and you will be held to the late cancellation policy if you are added (unless you are added within 30 minutes of the start of class in which case we will not charge the late cancellation fee).
